A glimpse into the career of Ryan Seacrest

Ryan Seacrest is a man of many talents who is continually building a successful brand around his name. His brands include being a relevant and well-known radio and television personality, and producing various TV series including Keeping Up with the Kardashians and American Idol. It also includes his involvement in various nonprofit organizations, and lifestyle enterprise retail ventures.

Ryan Seacrest started his career as a popular radio personality host of On Air with Ryan Seacrest. This weekly nationally syndicated radio show airs on the Los Angeles top 40 station on 102.7 KIIS-FM.

Since 2002, Ryan Seacrest entered our homes by becoming a host on the well-known musical competition show, American Idol. This show offered contestants a chance to showcase their singing talents with a chance to win money and a record deal.

As of May 2017, Seacrest can regularly be seen co-hosting the Disney|ABC morning syndicated talk show Live with Kelly and Ryan. The show focuses on daily chat including current events, pop culture, music and many other hot topics.

He created a menswear collection line called Ryan Seacrest Distinction which is sold exclusively at Macy’s stores nationwide. Additionally, Seacrest has partnered with Dr. Harold Lancer for a skincare line by the name of Polished by Dr. Lancer.

Ryan Seacrest is also known for his philanthropic contributions. He serves on the board of multiple non- profit organizations such as the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) and is an honorary chair member of the Grammy Foundation. He is also actively involved as a chairman of the Ryan Seacrest Foundation (RSF). This foundation specifically focusses on inspiring youth through entertainment and education initiatives. One major contribution that this foundation has accomplished is opening 10 broadcast media centers within pediatric hospitals. The goal is to provide an opportunity for patients to explore the radio, television and media outlets in a creative manner.
